Office Assistant / Reception 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in the smooth operation of our office environment. A customer-friendly, eager individual with an exceptional personality will succeed at this role. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer and direct incoming calls 
  • Collect payments from clients 
  • Various administrative office tasks as directed 
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Attention to detail is a must 
  • Attendance is an essential job function for this position 
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: data entry, filing, photocopying, transcribing notes, and maintaining records. 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Exceptional phone/verbal skills are extremely vital to this role 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high degree of attention to detail 
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)  
  • Friendly, professional demeanor 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Must possess a high level of professionalism and must have proven experience successfully demonstrating the ability to maintain a positive, collaborative, and supportive attitude. 
  • Must maintain confidentiality of all programs and work-related duties. 

 

Job Type: Seasonal Part-time, opportunity to grow to a Full-time position based on performance and abilities. 

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour 

Expected hours: 20 – 25 hours per week 

Schedule: 

  • 4 – 5 hour shift, Monday – Friday
